Privacy & how we handle your information
Short version: we collect only what you tell us, we use it only to help you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form — your name, the one way you asked to be reached, and whatever you choose to tell us. Our server also notes the approximate city a submission came from, which helps us spot spam, and, if you arrived from one of our ads or a link we shared, which one — so we know what's worth doing more of. If you'd rather leave a field blank, leave it blank.
What we do with it
We read it, we reply to you, and — if and when you agree — we share the relevant parts with the agent we introduce you to, so you don't have to repeat yourself. That's it.
What we never do
- We never sell your information to anyone.
- We never pass it to a lead-generation network or a portal.
- We never enroll you in an automated marketing sequence without you asking for it.
- We never share it with more than the small number of agents we're introducing you to.
Deleting your information
Email us at hello@movetosml.com and ask. We'll delete what we hold and confirm that we've done it. You don't need to give a reason.
Analytics, ads and cookies
This site is deliberately light. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal information. We don't run remarketing or advertising trackers on the site itself, and nobody follows you around the internet because you were here.
The contact form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check to keep automated spam out. It looks at how your browser behaves for a moment, usually without showing you anything, and it isn't used to track you or build a profile.
We do advertise on Google and Microsoft search. If you click one of those ads, the ad platform attaches a click identifier to the link; we keep it in your browser for that visit only, and if you send us the form, we keep it with your submission and tell the ad platform that a form was submitted — the page you see after submitting loads a Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising measurement script that sets a cookie for that purpose. That's the only page on the site that does. It tells the platform an ad worked; it doesn't send them your name or what you wrote. Ad personalization is switched off.
